Cheap and cheerful
This is a great simple little light for taking phone videos. As an amateur, that's exactly what I need. Small, simple, adjustable. Plug in and off you go. It's not really powerful enough to provide good area lighting, but if you're just trying to make the subject of your video a little more visible, eliminate pesky shadows, and so on, this is perfect. It's perfect when you want to photograph finer details — like small parts or under the hood of a car or something. There are a few different color temperature options: basically white, soft white/yellowish, and both together. Enough for most people. The brightness is adjustable so you can play with it to minimize glare.

The light is adjustable (both color and intensity) and produces high-quality images and videos from the front and rear cameras, especially if you enjoy creating content. The light's battery life is decent, but it's best to ensure a full charge before taking it out.
