Does everything you'd need, for a cost
Great value for the money. Does everything you could want. Technically variable camera position from below the feet to as high as I (6’1”) can reach. Though you’d never really want it that high in practice. Problem I had is with so many moving parts, some don’t tighten and grip hard enough to hold my camera -avg dslr steady, and it gets lots of wobble.Also - BIGGEST COMPLAINT - the quick release plate rubber is already disintegrating after using it once. Thoroughly disappointed at that, but happy with the rest.
