The only downside is you need to install another app, and if you have an older phone you may struggle, but would still recommend this.

I bought this Ctronics solar camera because I have previously bought a camera through them and have been very happy with their products. That's why I ordered this solar camera through them. I was shocked by the features it has. The user manual is very detailed with clear step-by-step instructions as well as other ways to connect it to my wifi. I'm a 62 year old widow who is not at all computer savvy but stopping me from the whole installation process of downloading the application is a breeze. The camera has 2 different lighting modes at night with clear images. Black and white and color modes. It has mirror and flip modes, 2 audio, video and alarm functions. The best part is solar energy, so the battery does not need to be charged. I like this camera!

I saw this camera at a friend's house and he showed me the features of the device through his smartphone. That looked really interesting how through the device's own app he could control everything, pan the camera, turn lights on and off, even talk about it. Perfect tool to monitor my atrium.

The two moveable antennas of the camera also enable slightly greater distances to the access point. When using the camera for the first time, it is advisable to fully charge the battery with the mobile phone charger. The solar panel then ensures uninterrupted operation. The camera is set up via the manufacturer app on the smartphone. You can use it to scan the camera code directly or use the search function in the app. Both work perfectly for me. The German language in the app leaves a little to be desired, but you can pretty much guess what it's all about. The camera can be rotated and tilted via the app. This gives you a very good overview of the area to be monitored. When motion is detected, you receive a push message on your cell phone. The recording quality of the camera is very good - you can switch between SD and HD images here. Even at night, the recordings are quite OK. Here you can choose between IR and LED mode. I've been looking for a high-quality surveillance camera for a long time and finally found one that I really like in terms of looks and that is very easy to install without cables notified by mobile phone. So you can see everything that is happening in front of the door at the same time. You can also use the hands-free system to communicate with people on the doorstep via cell phone. You can also use the app to control the direction of the field of view. The image quality is surprisingly good when compared to other surveillance cameras. The value for money cannot be beat. I'm super happy to have bought this camera and can only recommend it to everyone.
