Great earbuds with translation features
I can use them to listen to music for about two afternoons, straight before they need a recharge. The sound is clear and the connect is stable the most time.
The translation feature is why I got them, and it’s a mixed bag. When my neighbor and I talk in her backyard, she speaks into my phone, and the app translates her Spanish to English in my ear. It’s neat when it works, literally, I can follow her stories. Short sentences come through clearly, with maybe a half second delay. But it struggles with slang or thicker accents, which makes sense since it’s not a human interpreter.
Compared to just using my phone’s translation app, these earbuds are handier because I don’t have to keep passing my phone back and forth.
