Might need special tool to tighten if yours comes loose
Update on the review below: the company sent me a new item free of charge. The new item came in perfect working condition. Their customer service team was prompt and helpful in solving my problem. I have not had any issues using the product since.The item came with one of the heads loose causing tremendous wobble when mounting in the car. I had to pull out my tool kit and tighten one of the screws with a 5/16th L key. After tightening it seems to work fine!
