49mm Circular CPL Magnetic Lens Filter Nano-Xcel Series - HD Waterproof Scratch-Resistant & Anti-Reflection
SKU: SKU.1700
I am pleasantly surprised by the build quality of the filter. As expected, it's a CPL, so polarizing, and it does the job very well. Looking forward to trying it in real condition for landscape and maybe some portraits depending on the situation.

The magnetic fasteners are strong and efficient. Camera polarizer lens attach easily, but are also easy to remove. Once you work with the gels they are easily attached and removed.

Good quality product compared to the competition! See the photo associated with the comment for an overview of what it gives (d750, Sigma 17-35 @17 f8, filter set to the maximum of the polarizing effect)

I lost a Kase magnetic cpl filter from my set and tried this as a hopeful replacement. It works great with the Kase magnetic mounts and step up rings. The quality is more great and it was cheaper.

Quality build and with magnets, both of which I look forward to. Using the 82mm Polarizer on my Sony A7 with the 24-70mm 2.8 GM
The sample picture on the left is with the polarizer on the lens but turned "off" with rotation and the picture on the right is with it turned "on" with rotation. It has a smooth and snug feel but one that requires a little finesse. There is a sense of a secure magnet hold when putting on and taking off the filter. I only put it on for immediate use. The adapter ring however stays on which makes the original lens cap less secure but you can always switch to the magnetic one, your choice.
For me, I like it and would recommend it for landscapes.

I personally like K&F products. They are a good blend of innovation, performance, quality, and price-point. I was attracted to these filters for their magnetic capability, but as some have pointed out the magnetism is a bit low. I found I was constantly worried about the cap or cap & filter falling off.
The Polarizer was not overly strong, but did a great job removing unwanted haze, darkening sky elements, and removing water glare/reflections.
I returned this magnetic version for the full screw-on variant and have been pleased with that decision (and saved $20).
Looking forward to K&F's next iteration and hoping they increase the level of magnetism. I'd also like to see them make their filters a bit deeper to allow for existing/traditional lens covers.

I liked the quality of the glass and the ease to remove the filter. I erroneously thought the magnetic ring was going to have a clear glass on it and the filter would sit on top of it.
There is another package (which I found later) that does contain it but this doesn't. But hey! It does what it says on the tin. I misread and I just want that other people pay more attention than me

I like the idea of magnetic filters and lens caps, but, with my standard prime lens, there were a couple of difficulties. I am thinking of a Sony a6300 with its 35mm lens.
The first is that it is hard to remove the cap without also removing the filter, they stick together so well.
The second, more serious, is that, after fitting the magnetic empty ring, I could no longer remove or use the lens hood.
The solution seems to be to discard the empty ring and screw the filter in directly! But then, all you gain over a conventional filter is an easy-remove magnetic cap.

Used for day of shooting landscapes. Easy to install and the magnet is strong enough so you don't have to worry about if falling off. A definite noticeable difference in colour pop, of course, this is my first polarizing filter and I don't have much to compare this one too. All in all, when you consider the price point, it is a very good buy.
