As a short time review this is exactly what i was looking for and i love it. Look like it will last. Well built and easy to use. I don't even understand why people are welling to pay 3-400$ tripod while this one seems to do it all for a fraction of the price.

Very pleased with tripod. Solid made but also lightweight. Tried it with my 600mm lense and very solid. Smooth rotation on head and no noise or sqeaks. Looking forward to getting out and using it in the field.

Maintenant que je sais ce que c'est de faire faire de la photographie avec un trépied avec une rotule, je ne pourrais plus jamais revenir en arrière. Il est très stable, rapidement ajustable. Le petit niveau près de l'appareil permet de rapidement de mettre à niveau. Il se range très bien aussi, il est très compact, vu la grandeur qu'il est capable d'atteindre.

Having evaluated several tripods, this is by far the nicest in terms of quality of materials - there are few plastics, and they're of good quality.However my camera will only be used indoors, and there's no spreader - which I should have realised before buying.The ball adjustment to level the camera is fine too, but I probably want a 2-axis or 3-axis tripod head - with a pan/tilt handle. Again, I should have realised this tripod doesn't have that.So, if none of these things are negatives for you - buy one! I think you'll be pleased you did.
