Coming from cheap amazon basic tripod I like the features it offers, the sturdiness, the size. But its a bit heavier than I expected.

It is so nice it comes with a carry bag, and it is very light, pretty good for taking it around. Tripods gives stable support. The legs are easily to adjust and lock firmly. Ball head is smooth can lock up tight as well. The legs can be flipped all the way which make it easy to pack into the bag.

When I ordered this tripod a month ago, I had received a faulty one that I was not happy about. Someone reached out to me and sent me another one (free of cost) and it works just fine now. Rarely, do you find companies that initiate the move to reach out to customers and apologize let alone, make an exchange. Despite, my initial disparity upon purchase, I can say I am a happy customer in the end and all thanks to Hishop.

Great concept but the threading for the bolt holding the ball head mount is poor. Mine was only partially threaded and quickly became stripped so the tripod became unusable as the camera mount was unfastened from the tripod.

I like to keep things that I buy pristine.Unfortunately, the way that it folds up means the legs will rub against the head, and having to use the little cloth bag every time I pack it away is an aggravation. The "cloth bag" that I mention is supplied ... so they obviously know if this issue ... but the bag doesn't appear in their photos of this unit. I wonder why?

The tripod was very good quality and strength for my cameras. I am very satisfied with quick set up and carring bag which is also a very durable case.!!
