well made piece of equipment,ideal addition to my kit.

I have just returned from a Scottish island where I was filming along with still photography of the landscapes, this tripod was absolutely brilliant, it's light construction was such a huge benefit on this trip, easy to use, very sturdy. Definitely recommend.

Really solid feeling, head moves smoothly, parts look replaceable or at least repairable.

Can't say much as it was bought for my son but when I gave it to him he was very pleased with the tripod

Im relatively new to photography and related equipment, I started off with some very cheap gear, and have slowly been upgrading as I go along, this has been my first tripod purchase.I looked at several pre owned models, but each had various things that put me off, I then found this, at a great price, and decided to take the plunge, and can only say i am SO glad I did!This arrived quickly and safely in a good solid box, inside is a good quality canvas zippered bag, and the tripod itself, the canvas bag has a solid yet comfortable well stitched Velcro handle, and fully adjustable padded shoulder strap, so can be strapped together for ease of transportation.The tripod itself is very small when fully collapsed, and very light weight.The tripod itself oozes quality compared the half a dozen or so others that i looked at prior to getting this, it is extremely easy to set to required height,and easy to attach and detach my camera from its mounting point.Ive found the tripod to be very easy to set up on un level grounds, and easy to set to a good flat position on hills.I like the fact the bag feels so well constructed along with the tripod, they both feel like really well made, well thought out items, the legs are adjustable between any height for all three sections of each leg, and use simple fold in/out clips to set in place, no head scratching here at all, the best items are nearly always the most simple im learning in this area!This will get a lot of use, and has made my day, a really good quality bit of kit im proud to have in my slowly building collection!if your thinking of buying this, or have it in your wish list, don't hesitate!

I bought this item thinking it could be transformed into a monopod. I was wrong, but I was quite supprised by the quality. This is a great cheap tripod.

A very stable and strong tripod that hold DSLR with a heavy lens well while I was taking time lapse in Lake District high mountain area when the winds blowing and start snowing, but doesn't really affect just how stable it is, would recommend this for outdoor use, noted it's not a compact size, its lightweight but quite large.

I have not used it in the field yet but it is very impressive at the reduced price in the £50 range (I would not have been happy if I had paid £250+). This is ideal for my needs. I have set it up with my camera and telescopic lens and it is very stable although I feel I would want to add a weight to the hook provided if conditions were windy. I generally carry my camera and use it hand-held but wanted to have a lightweight tripod for hide and seated positions where holding a camera still for a longer period is tiring. The tripod was delivered two days after it was ordered (over the Easter break) and it was very well packed. There is a good carry bag included if required. The construction is very solid.

Good lightweight tripod. Not super sturdy but a good tripod. The legs are a little flimsy.
