You get a nice little suitcase that shows the endoscope camera when you open it, it is cleanly processed and the buttons have a great pressure point! When you turn it on, the camera goes on and you can start immediately, for example when inspecting a vehicle! The image quality is very useful and absolutely sufficient! The device even has a small light on the back, which can be used quite well in the dark. On the whole, the device is handy and recommendable, so there is a purchase recommendation on my part, I think you can't go wrong here, well suited for workshops!

Put the butter in the fish - A solid camera that will come in very handy for the DIY enthusiast. It comes in a sturdy pouch where it can be stored. Processing is very good. That means the buttons can be pressed, the display is a nice size, the case is stable, the cable (I'll call it that) is firm, but still quite flexible, so that you can work with it well. We used it to check our floor to see whether the empty pipe was still in place to insert the sensor for the underfloor heating before we laid the floor. That worked very well with it. It handled the slight arc well, didn't get stuck in the grooves and the illumination was excellent allowing you to really see the entire inner tube. I can absolutely recommend it from that point of view. It is certainly more for home use in terms of image quality and Co., but in my opinion you don't do much wrong with it.

For this purpose, I once bought an endoscope camera for 200 euros, which fully serves its purpose. So of course I was curious to test what an endoscope camera that is five times as expensive can do and whether such a precious part is worthwhile for me as a hobby craftsman. The professional part is clearly better in terms of image quality and handling. It's all better lit and easier to see. The professional part scores particularly well with the color representation. The operation is very simple and you can control the camera well with the hose. The images on the display are clear and differentiated. You can record photos and videos on a memory card. However, my old endoscope camera also has this function. What the pro part has exclusively is the wifi connectivity. Images can be transferred to a smartphone using an app. This function is very useful when I want to show the images to an expert in a specialist workshop, for example. The workmanship and material quality are very good, plus there's a plus point for the robust and practical transport box. Conclusion: The significantly higher price is reflected in better image quality and more functions. The normal home user will not really need this as a rule and can therefore get by with a cheaper camera. However, if you use such an endoscope camera frequently and would like to pass the images on to third parties, you will find a high-quality tool here at a not cheap but reasonable price.

My first test arrangements were initially limited to the usual examinations of drainpipes, machine insights, ventilation shafts and computer inner workings or the search for small parts under the cupboard. After a little practice and variations in LED lighting, quite good images were consistently achieved, and in ranges from 30 to 100 mm also very sharp. Everything works intuitively right from the start and flawlessly! Absolutely sharp pictures. The endoscope was long enough and easy to guide. The illumination is really good. And the recording of the camera and the display on the display is very good, so that details can also be recognized. The whole design is also quite robust. What I like is that the cable isn't as soft as my old one. I can manage it much better. The case in which the device is delivered is also practical. Here you can safely stow the device. Compared to my old device, which cost around 90 euros, this is a significant improvement.

The required app (Xrcam) is loaded from the app store, the WiFi of the camera is selected on the mobile phone and then it starts.

The image quality is completely OK and you can see everything well, and the LEDs also sufficiently illuminate the area to be inspected. The Wifi connection was always stable and never dropped during use.
