I gave it five stars for picture quality and brightness, because the picture quality and resolution are simply great and the brightness is infinitely adjustable. I didn't want to test if it was waterproof. For the price, it's definitely a recommendation - and I hardly notice any difference in image quality compared to the devices used by the big YouTube car shops. Images and movies can be recorded and transferred to the PC via the supplied memory card.Conclusion: A technical endoscope no longer has to cost three or even four figures. For me, as an amateur mechanic, it is more than enough.

I bought this camera to find a blockage in a 50mm sewage pipe. That worked well too. You should first practice handling the camera in a clean pipe so that you can better assess what you are seeing when you actually use it. To protect the camera, I stuck a film (from my cell phone) over it. The side camera is very helpful for orientation. Or, in my case, the only camera I walked around with, because the front camera was smeared with grease from the fat deposits when it was inserted into the tube. Since the image can be received via WLAN, you can use different devices to display it. A focal length adjustment would be great , but you can't expect all the features for the price.

Used the endoscope camera to control the car air conditioner. The simple switching between front and side camera without fiddly attachment of a mirror simplifies handling considerably. Price-performance TOP.

The camera works great! Only when you have things moving in front of the camera do the images stutter a little, but for my purposes this is more than enough! Nice long cable and waterproof, I'm happy!

Due to the very rigid optics, it is hardly possible to get far into pipes or other narrow areas. The first deflection is not a problem, but after that it is no longer possible to bring the optics in the desired direction...

I looked inside the cylinder of my chainsaw. That went very well! I am very happy to have bought this endoscope with 2 lenses, because I can use the second lens to take a nice look to the side! However, the cable is very rigid and it is not so easy to guide the lens precisely. A kind of handle or holder is still missing here, but I'll make that myself. The app, however, is limited to the very least and is very much in need of improvement! For image transmission, a direct WiFi connection must always be established!

The picture quality is okay, but the WLAN connection keeps dropping. You have to constantly select a different channel and it jerks very often. This is of course very annoying and affects you a lot when working.

Got my cam today. In short: As far as everything was kept that was promised. Clean workmanship, WiFi connectivity absolutely clean. Picture quality really good - but focus fix to about 4-5cm before and after is blurry and not really useful. I want to use it in the engine bay and don't think I'll have any problems. But where there is not much space, it is difficult to get a good picture. Oh yes, the 'wire mesh' is too rigid - so here too: nothing with 4 curves in tubes..... Anyone who can tolerate these trade-offs is here well served.
