I bought this on a whim. Since getting it I've used it to inspect clogged drains, slow pipes, to check behind the bed for lost items, and to align bolts with pre drilled holes. Overall this has been a fairly useful item. I haven't used all it's features but it works for what I would use it for.

I have carefully compared the specifications of most of the different endoscope cameras offered here. I limited myself to the price range between 100 and 300 euros, since I will probably only need the device a few times a year, but of course I didn't want to buy a toy either. The part was delivered complete with all accessories in a semi-rigid soft case and makes a quite valuable impression overall. After plugging in the camera, which is only 5 mm narrow and mounted on the 5 m long, easily malleable hose, and setting the date, time and language selection, the device was immediately ready for use. My first test arrangements were initially limited to the usual examinations of drain pipes, machine views and ventilation shafts and the inner workings of the computer or looking for small parts under the cupboard. After a little practice and variations in LED lighting, quite good images were consistently achieved, and in ranges from 30 to 100 mm also very sharp. Of course, it remains to be seen how the part will hold up over a longer period of use.

The endoscope is a super solution for the DIY sector. In the professional field you might get the replacement battery for this price. Here you get a function in the form of a useful view, for example into the engine compartment or into very crooked spaces, which no smartphone camera can match. This saves a lot of time because major dismantling work can be avoided. The picture is significantly better than expected and both photos and films can be made so that you get a good overview of the condition or function of the objects that are simply to be examined, repaired or adjusted. The lighting is excellent. With strong reflections, it is very good that the light can be dimmed. I fix the endoscope with a collet so that steady pictures can be taken.

Love this. It is inexpensive, had lots of useful tools (hook is the best and I have already used it to grab things stuck under the stove). No interruptions in video when kinking wire. Nice to have a screen so you don’t have to worry if your phone input changes.

This is a wonderfully versatile scope, and it came with everything needed to start scoping stuff. The head has lighting in it, the image quality is pretty decent, the thing has a USB cable to recharge itself. However, if you want to take photos and recordings, you'll need to buy the storage card separately as it's not included.

For me this serves two purposes. I have a lot of embedded/mounted appliances and when something slides under them it's good-bye. This tool helps me reach them without having to unmount anything! Video quality is great and the length allows you to reach deep into the walls too. I'll soon use it to do my balcony inspection too but tried it inside a gap between my cabinet and the ceiling and was able to see perfectly. I just saved myself hundreds of dollars to get it inspected by a contractor.

Something was leaking from my quad and I couldn't find where it was leaking. I had already seen an endoscopic camera at a friend's house, but it was only connected to the mobile via an app and that didn't convince me at all. So I looked for alternatives here on Amazon and then I came across the ILIHOME endoscopic camera. The reviews were good and the most important thing for me was that it has its own screen and doesn't have to be used together with the mobile.
And I have to say that it does what it promises. Thanks to the camera I have found my leak and the operation is also child's play. For my quad and car use, it fits perfectly, the image is flawless and it is simply fun to work with.
The ILIHOME endoscopic camera is a great device for the automotive sector and for working in places that are difficult or almost impossible to access and should not be missing in any screwdriver's or handyman's workshop.
I would buy it again and again, so I can only give it a clear purchase recommendation.

It’s a handy product and comes with a few cool accessories but the quality of the picture on the screen that it comes with isn’t all that great. I shined it down my drain, it took a minute to focus but once it focused I could see in the drain fairly well. It is however a good product for the money. It will get the job done.

Works as described. Picture great, brightness ok, easy to use and no problems connecting. What my e-mail address is needed for has not yet been revealed to me - but it doesn't bother me either.

I often work on my and other cars and have long wished for an endoscope camera to be able to look into hidden corners (e.g. to inspect the turbo or different profiles from the inside). I saw this once on a buddy with a simpler version of such a camera and it's really useful. So now I have my own and I love it. It allows me to take a closer look at things that I just haven't been able to look at before. The picture quality is good, you can see everything well. The camera here has three huge advantages that really make the difference in practice: 1. The cable is relatively rigid, which makes it possible to insert the camera far into pipes or the like.2. There are two cameras. One at the tip of the cable and one at the head of the cable, but which shows 90° to the side. This allows you to look at details from the side very precisely.3. You can control the brightness of the LEDs at the top. If you look at something metallic, for example, you should turn down the brightness so that you don't get an overexposed picture (my buddy's simple camera couldn't do that and that can make the difference between recognizing the details well or less well).
