I love this filter great for Photo & video.
But at 10mm on my 80D Crop sensor it casts a shadow above.
if I zoom in a bit like 14mm it goes away.

NO X, No Color cast. Great Filter... As Advertised. and Great Build...

I used this to take photos of the moon through a very mild cloud covering using my Kowa TSN-99 spotting scope with an IPhone 15 Pro Max mounted onto the scope. I have attached "with" and "without" photographs to this review. The "without" photograph shows ghosting and is blurry, whereas the with photograph is pretty much perfect.

The filter is a little tricky to get on with the lens hood, but if you put the lens hood on, with the filter down inside the hood, then screw on the lens filter, it works, but it's hard to make to work. The lens cap however doesn't fit. The performance of the filter is great, good for video during the day shooting log with my R7. Can't beat the price. I leave it on my lens now all the time. Has a really nice look to it.

I'm very happy with my purchase of the K&F 1-5 stop ND filter. I recently purchased and then returned the Neewer ND 2-400 filter for $26. I thought it might not be of the best build quality but I never expected the pictures shot through the filter to be so blurry. I bought it to shoot portraits and the resulting photos where completely unusable. Everything I've shot with my new K&F filter has been usably clear. It cost more than twice as much but still didn't break the bank.

The pictures I've included with this review were both taken with my neewer S101-300W strobe lights.

The latch on the little round plastic box that came with the filter to protect it doesn't work very well. You have to push the button really hard and kind of use your fingernail to push the button to the side to get it to open. Kind of a pain but the product itself works really well and I'm very happy with it. It came super clean with no smudges or finger prints on the glass.

Package arrived in just 4 days! Owned a couple of K&F's (ND 8 -128 and one fixed). All of them work great. Best result is between the ends. Don't push to max, just a wee lower. Works great for my a6400 and Sony 18-105 and Sigmas f1.4's

1 Filtro ND Variabile da ND2 a ND32.

DESCRIZIONE:
Ho acquistato questo Filtro ND per regolare e filtrare al meglio l'intensità della luce diurna e per scattare foto con esposizioni un po' più lunghe anche di giorno.
Prima di acquistarlo ho verificato il diametro del mio obiettivo e così ho scelto il Filtro da 55mm. Il filtro ha una filettatura ben fatta, si avvita agevolmente all'obiettivo della mia fotocamera, non ho riscontrato problemi e anche le regolazioni da N2 a N32 sono fluide e scorrevoli.
In tutte e 5 cinque le densità (da N2 a N32) non ho notato nessun problema sulle foto scattate, né effetto X e né vignettatura. Complessivamente mantiene i bene i colori naturali del paesaggio, senza particolari variazioni, ma con una bella differenza rispetto agli scatti senza filtro. Anche utilizzandolo al massimo dell'intensità (ND32) si comporta bene.
Ciò che mi è piaciuta sin da subito è stata la qualità costruttiva del Filtro, il telaio è in alluminio e l'ottica è in vetro resistente, già tenendolo tra le mani fa una buona impressione.
Sul telaio mobile sono riportate le principali densità N2 e N32, le altre densità N4, N8 e N16, sono raffigurate con dei puntini bianchi. Ad indicare queste densità c'è un apposita freccia sul telaio fisso (quello che si avvita alla fotocamera).
La rotazione del filtro si ferma quando si raggiunge il punto massimo e il minimo, cioè N2 e N32, non gira all'infinito ed è comodo oltre che utile ad evitare il tipico effetto X sulle foto.
Per il resto, è un filtro divertente utilizzare, anche per effettuare scatti ottenendo il tipico effetto seta su cascate, mare, nuvole, ovviamente bisogna fare i giusti settaggi per questo tipo di scatti.

Got into photography recently and always wanted to take exposure shots but was unable to do it without this filter after doing some research online. It screws on top of the lens protector and I can even mount my lens cap on top of it.

Like the fact that it is adjustable to whatever kind of photos I want to take depending on time of day and sun's position. I took a 2 second exposure shot of Niagara falls and it turned out well. I also added a still photo for comparison.

Will be doing more exposure shots I keep getting better every day after trial and error, must buy if you are into exposure photography you will not regret this purchase.

The image taken is with the filter at ND2, I tried it darker but have yet to get my skills up to speed. Would recommend it though

I've been testing the filter for a few days now and I have to say that I really like the option of adjusting the ND level. I had various filters on my old camera, which of course is always a question of space when you just want to go out. The results are of course not comparable to much more expensive ND filters. But it is practical for taking beautiful photos of bodies of water or for getting the right impression of waterfalls. The one negative thing I noticed so far was that there was a reflection inside the filter in direct sunlight, but this was eliminated by slightly changing the position of the camera. I will continue to test the filter. Its durability needs to be observed to see if there are any long-term problems with the rotating mechanism.

The product arrived earlier than expected. The shipping process was very fast. The package was perfectly wrapped and secured, and the product came in a beautifully presented box.
The filter is incredible, as it's higher quality than I expected.
I couldn't resist trying it out, and the results are fabulous. I recommend this purchase for both beginners and photography professionals.
