It's the only filter I know of that doesn't cause the X effect and, most importantly, doesn't cause color shift. However, you have to buy both versions to cover the entire range (ND2 to ND32 + ND8 to ND128) because it's impossible to have everything in a single filter without these types of alterations. I previously bought the magnetic version, but it came loose very easily, so I had to glue it back on with wood glue. This time, I opted directly for these screw-on models.

I needed a variable ND filter for my mirrorless camera rig. I use it for both photography and videography. Most of my lenses are 77mm, but I also have one that is 82mm. A good tip is to buy the largest size you need (or think you might need), and use a step up ring for your small thread size lenses. I have not had a problem with an "x" pattern in use (as advertised) which can be an issue with some lesser ND filters. With this filter, I'm set for bright days, Norway and Alaska, or filming video indoors with changing lighting. Highly recommended.

This filter is the perfect daily shooter and there is no cross pattern filtering at all! It has little notifiers on the side to display what step you are at. Amazing filter!

I bought a different version (MFT ) before, and because I really loved the nd filter, I decided to buy another one for my full frame camera. Really good quality.

I put this filter on my camera(Kodak 528AZ) and it fits perfectly, however, I get vignetting in the corners of my images, but all I do is barely zoom out and it fixes the issue I was having. I'm new to this hobby but I want to use whatever I can find to help take better shots than I have taken already. This brand just might be what I'm looking for to get me by.

I had no problems with this Nd Filter. It had no x pattern. It was the perfect nd filter for my set up.

I loved this filter. It's super useful and has pretty good definition; it doesn't create those unwanted light or shadow flares like other filters. All very well.
