If your lenses are not centered, you can adjust buy loosening the 3 set screws on the adapter and rotate your lens. You need a 1mm hex key for this

Use it to mount my Helios 44-M to my X-T3.The M42 mount is a good thread, and the X-mount bayonet fitting is solid. Works just like it should.

When you screw a m42 lens into a m42 camera mount, the red dot stops top dead centre, with the adapter to a fuji camera it goes about 5 deg. past. "No big deal"..

I bought the M42 to Fujifilm (FX) adapter for a bunch of old M42 lenses I had lying around. Honestly blown away by the quality if this product. It seems like it's all metal, the build quality is very good. The packaging is nice and good for storage.$25CAD just gave me access to 4 new prime lenses for my favourite fuji cameras. Great product.
