Got this to enable connection of my Nikon lenses to a Lumix GX9. Not disappointed as I can now use my arsenal of Nikon lenses on a Panasonic camera for a cost of just £20! As expected all these lenses only operate in manual mode as there are no electrical contact between lens and camera. Fortunately, the Lumix got focus peaking which works well most of the time. Aperture settings are a hit and miss affair but results are good most of the time. Impressed with the results using my Nikon 35mm lens (my favourite) even in poor light - super sharp. Also got reasonable results with Nikon 10.5mm fisheye. I considered giving just 4 stars because aperture control becomes poor (this apply to other adapters too), but have to accept this limitation. Would recommend if you can accept the limitations.

For the price this is a very well made bit of kit. I am giving it 5 stars because of the build quality and price. Nikon fit lenses do fit very well indeed but the M43 fit is very tight. But having said that, it means the lens is very secure with no play at all. If you use this on a lens with no f-stop ring then its all guess work - though you can still set the shutter speed and ISO. The ring on the adapter just lightens or darkens the EVF on an Olympus EM1 mark II. But it is a DUMB adapter, with no communication between the lens and camera, so it does exactly what I expected. I wanted to use my Nikon fit Sigma 180mm f2.8 OS macro lens on my EM1 mark II when looking to replace my Nikon system. It did work and I obtained good, detailed images of a bumble bee in flight. But, there are better macro options for my Olympus system and I wil not be using the adapter again. I did try it out on my Nikkor 200 - 500mm f5.6 on my EM1.2 but felt the images appeared somewhat soft.

Cant argue for the price! I love using this for filming with my Panasonic. It would be nice if you could de-click the aperture ring!

It does what it is supposed to do, however I would recommend getting some lens support because it sags just ever so slightly.

At this price point I half expected things to go wrong but a pleasant surprise awaited, the adapter is of a good quality and sturdy, does the job splendidly. I've got a really heavy lens attached and the adapter didn't snap off, very pleased. Having said that, I'll stress, its a full manual adapter, not for a beginner camera users.

I bought this little adapter to put my favourite nikon lenses on micro third camera and record videos. If you planning to make movies this thing gonna be your friend with an option to change the blend on G or D type lenses easily during the recording. The quality of the build is more than satisfying. I wish this would be available with nikon / nikon end!

You can feel the solid build quality when picking this adapter up. It's metal rather than plastic, and feels like it can hold a good weighty lens (although I'd always use a lens support as well). I'm using this adapter to connect a Lumix GH5 to a Samyang 24mm cine lens, and it works beautifully.Just keep in mind that this is for manual lenses only. This adapter doesn't connect auto-focus or auto-aperture. For that you'd have to spend hundreds of pounds on a Speed booster.
Great build quality Great build quality

It is well build lens converter that provides a very solid connection between EF lenses and my M4/3 camera. Great release mechanism.

Does the job well. The aperture ring is there to adjust aperture on Nikon G lenses which it does. Shutter speed set from the camera body in manual mode. Tight tolerances so care needed when first fitting.
