Adds a really cool dreamy effect to my photos. Glass is nice and clear and I'm really happy with this. I also have tha black mist filter and this is nice to change it up once in awhile.

I was not sure of the effect I would get with this filter. When compared to a black diffusion filter, it gives you much more blooming effect across the frame. Highlights in the frame glow like nothing I’ve ever seen before at this price. The effect is super dreamy and adds a mystical look to your images and video. I think this filter will replace my 1/4 black mist filter I used when I wanted to bloom and smooth out the highlights from light sources and on the skin. This is an amazing filter that is sure to give your images and video a specific wow factor.

I like the dreamy look this filter creates to my portraits while still allowing a very sharp focus to remain. I haven't had a chance to use it much so I'll report back any abnormalities should I encounter any but so far it's bee a nice lens addition.

I am very familiar with black mist filters although this is actually the first time I used a white mist filter. The results are very similar to the black mist but hit the white a little as opposed to the blacks. This gives VERY SUBTLE results blending the lines between black and white. I usually always use a mist filter shooting video and shooting portraits which give a silky soft texture. The results aren't always seen depending on the subject and lighting but even if you can't see the difference its there. The quality of K&F filter is fantastic and definitely worth the price. I have a number of different size lens that require different size filters. I usually order a larger 77mm which is my largest lens requirement then use reducer rings to fit the smaller lens. I keep the reducer rings in my bag and switch as needed. As a corporate photographer, once I started using mist filters I use them 99% of the time I shoot.

So far all of my K&F Concept purchases have been satisfactory and this filter is no exception.

- Mounting the lens was smooth
- The White Diffusion effect is barely noticeable. In fact, I had to compare back and forth to see the difference. It is more noticeable on strong lights and contrast, for example, at night.
- Ironically, the coating seems to improve the contrast in many situations as it cuts out the glare. Luckily the contrast is mostly good and actually helps me take better photos.

Overall the filter is a win for me and stays on my lens most of the time.

I got this hoping to add some atmosphere to my landscape shots. I'll be honest, I can't really see much of a difference with it or without it. The shots with it may be a little softer, but it's only really noticeable at all when you zoom in.

It works better for portraits, but I'm not generally a portrait photographer. I will rate it on that, though.

Overall, whether this will do much for you probably depends a lot on what you're photographing. At least it's pretty inexpensive, so if you think it will be useful for you, it's worth a try.

This is a nicely made white mist diffusion filter. It adds a subtle diffusion to portraits. The effect is a bit more pronounced in shadow areas than a black mist diffusion filter.

This filter is nicely machined and feels high quality. It comes with a protective plastic case and three microfiber cleaning cloths.

This filter is relatively inexpensive and does a nice job. You can probably get the same effect in Photoshop without using the filter but, using the filter, reduces your post processing time.

This is another well constructed filter by K&F. Would be great to use to soften a well lit subject for portraits and cityscapes.

This was my first white soft diffusion filter and in all the situations I tried it in, it was very subtle. I'm not a professional photographer, just an everyday Joe that likes to take pictures of his friends and family.
In my opinion the build quality of this filter is top notch. They provide a case to hold the filter when it is not attached to your lens, and it is a simple screw-on lens filter.
It's nice that they also provide a few cleaning cloths as it's an item you really can't have enough of.
This is an affordable filter and is made from high quality materials. I had a hard time noticing the effect of this filter for the way I tend to do mostly candid pictures. I feel that this is meant more for intentional and planned photos that will take advantage of what it can do.

I have a black diffusion filter by K&F and I really like it. So, when this came up, I wanted to try this too. I've used this filter for portraits of my kids as well as various landscape and macro photos. I have been experimenting with different levels of sun/artificial light and different exposures to figure out where it's sweet spot is and what it's capabilities are. More importantly, even with all the photos I'd taken, I didn't see any vignetting, glare or distortion from the filter. The white diffusion results are subtle and I had to try several shots with and without the filter to actually notice the differences. I feel it casts a soft white blur over the photo, without degrading the photos picture quality. I have been using this for about a month now and have taken over 150+ photos with this. I definitely feel it works well and is a great addition to my camera gear. I have been very pleased and look forward to discovering more ways I can use this. So far though, I really like this for portraits and macro, where the white diffusion effect is more noticeable. In addition, I feel the price is very good and it is a very versatile filter. I highly recommend this for any photographer that looks to push the envelope of their skill and equipment.
