I’m just getting into photography myself and I have many tripods basically all are pretty cheap. I bought this one in hopes it would be on a professional level and I could be happier. This baby is solid. I don’t know much about tripods but this is the very first tripod that I feel as though it is very professional. I’m sure there are much better but at my level this is the best I’ve ever had. Just for reference I’m 52 years old.

Used it for hunting to mount binos and spotting scope. Works perfect for a 5'11" person

This thing is a beast! Very rugged with options I would only expect in a muchore expensive model. Very pleased?

replaced my first starter tripod with this one and I am very glad I did. I have used it for astrophotography, long exposure at waterfalls, and other landscape photography. I carried it hiking at Glacier national Park as well as a couple other state parks near me. It is not the lightest tripod, but it's not bad. I had never used a ball head before and am still getting the hang of that, but it is certainly very versatile. It has done just fine on wet rocks and uneven surfaces in the various places I've used it including a running creek. I've not used the monopod function and have never had to weight it but it's an option with this tripod. Overall I have been very satisfied with this tripod.

So far, I’ve used this tripod for landscape photos and I am very happy! It is lightweight and portable. I can take it anywhere without having to stress about taking a while to set up.
