Aluminum legs on this tripod are innovative, folding upwards into a compact nylon bag which makes lugging around easier whether I'm hiking to get a panoramic shot on a mountain to simply walking outdoors. On one side it detaches turning into monopod or can even sit flat across grass to capture macro closeups on wildlife or inverting center rod. Its sturdy holding up a full size DSLR and heavy lenses and weights can be added to underside hook for capturing slow shutter speeds stabilizing further against windy weather. Ball head mechanism feels smooth and simply put handless means relying entirely on camera grip to adjust angle. Does come with 2x quick release plates, only one is full metal using 1/4" screw to fit DSLRs.
Height lifts between 14" flattened and 72" upright using 0.5" to 1" aluminum legs. Bottom feet are rubberized and seemingly grip well inside studios but using outdoors does mean I have to push into soil a bit more to keep it steady. Couple flaws however, latches are plastic knobs which degrades its otherwise durable engineering but snap close tightly enough to keep even heavy DSLRs mounted up top. Monopod requires having to manually screw on a 3/8" to 1/4" bolt and hex nut but can be quite cumbersome to loosen out. Sturdy engineering on this metal tripod does stand out for being versatile enough to take with me on adventures or even filming inside studios.

All movements are smooth and precise, unit isnice and light, but sturdy and well made. Holds my heavy older dslr solidly. Very satisfied with it!

Pros:
- Solid build quality, largely metal design
- Feels very solid when set up, can accommodate even heavier camera set ups
- Comes with an extra QR plate as well as a phone mount
- I like that this can also be used as a monopod, great for sports photography
- Surprisingly nice carrying bag given the price
Cons:
- While the tripod head is made of metal (the ball joint and panorama mount portion), the QR mechanism is made of plastic unfortunately
Overall:
This is a great option for a budget friendly option if you're a beginner photographer looking to pick up a tripod. Considering the low price the main tripod itself is actually very well built. It offers a wide range of height adjustments as well as angle adjustments for the legs. I like that this can also be used as a monopod as well for sports photography and other applications. The QR mechanism is a bit lacking with a plastic make, but you can swap out your tripod head overtime and upgrade, so this has room to grow with you. Considering the price, I'm not too bothered by this. Overall a great option for a budget friendly tripod!

Good quality, light weight, and highly functional for a painter's needs. Easily packs down and straps to the front of a backpack.

This tripod is amazing it’s quite light for the size and the adjustments are spot on. I noticed one issue where the ball joint tended to sag when the camera was in portrait mode

Highly quality materials, doesn’t feel cheap, well made, adjustable and steady

Solid, well constructed tripod. I don’t think you can beat it for this price range. Works well, no complains whatsoever!

The quality seems very good but time will tell if it'll hold up.
Legs are aluminum and the rest is plastic, though not the cheap kind. For this price I wish the top mount would be metal.
