Bought a cheaper brand for 35-40 and was a total waste of money, unless you using a small go pro camera. For a full size camera with extra gear and some weight, this tripod is very strong, very solid, and does not feel cheap! Sure you could spend much more, but don’t spend less. This is the tripod for all but the top 1% of photographers!
UPDATE March 2020: I continue to use this Tripod and have zero issues with this tripod. It is not the Ferrari of tripods, but it is definatly a C class mercedes! I fully believe this will last me another 10 years!!

Good workmanship and equipment, stable. A screw fixation would perhaps be more practical, although it does not close as reliably. It's a bit heavy to take with you, but a smaller tripod makes more sense if the weight of the camera allows it, even if you have to bend down more. But I keep it.

The tripod is very good for my Sony ZV1 and the Beastgripp Pro for my mobile phone Xperia 5II. The tripod is a bit heavy and could be lighter.

I shoot home interior pictures for realtors and needed a tripod that was light and also needed the head to move 90deg for bathroom shots. I was really surprised at how well this tripod worked for what I do. I took pictures with my Sony A9, 16-35 lens of 3 homes in Portland Oregon that sell for $900k and up. The tripod was perfect for this! For the price and weight it cant be beat. I did take the tripod with me on a trail run in the Columbia River Gorge, I will post a picture of what I captured and also some of the home shots.

I just received the tripod today. On first impression, the tripod feels sturdy and the adjustments are solid. I previously purchased a lower priced unit but had to return it because it was too flimsy. After giving this one a quick trial run, it was justified. Hopefully it will prove itself just as good on the field. One quirk with this ball head type is that there's no handle to control the camera. You have to aim the camera itself and then lock down the ball head. I guess it's all a matter of getting used to it. But so far, I love it. I would say this is a good value for a semi- professional photographer.

The tripod is of high quality and a good travel tripod, as it can be attached to the side of the backpack. Of course, it is not a lightweight, whether you would take it with you on a mountain tour, for example, you have to think about it, or try it out.

So far so good ! I wished it came with another backing plate just in case I lose it . I also use 2 camera so it's annoying to always unscrew to install on the other camera.

The four section tripod can be folded to a compact shape and it is light weight. It comes with an excellent carrying bag. The flip lock are easy to operate and the tripod can be set up very quickly.
The are no screws to compensate for the wear in the lock mechanism. Eventually it will get loose and will not hold the load securely. The question is how soon?
Another missing feature is that there isn't any kind of screw or device to stop the tripod head from rotating while panning. If not tightened properly, the head will become loose.
It feels like it is painted rather than anodized. If painted, it will get scratched easily. My concerns aside, it it a good tripod and will serve well as long as it lasts.
