A simple and straightforward filter that does what it's supposed to. Sure, it's not extremely high-quality, but it's very suitable for the low price.

The K&F Concept 67mm Black-Mist 1/4 and ND2-32 filter is an ideal 2-in-1 accessory for photographers and videographers, available for €34.19. Here are its features:

Combined Features:

Black Diffusion 1/4: Soft and artistic cinematic effect, ideal for softening details, reducing contrast, and adding a warm touch (perfect for portraits, landscapes, or architecture).
ND2-32: Adjustable light reduction (1 to 5 stops) for bright environments, without the "black cross" effect.
Premium Quality:

High-quality optical glass with nano-coating (18 layers) to reduce reflections and scratches, water and oil resistant.
Lightweight and durable aluminum frame.
Compatibility: Designed for lenses with a 67mm thread (other sizes available). Easy to screw on and stackable with other filters.

An excellent choice for professional images and videos with a polished artistic effect.

Overall, this filter offers good value for money for those looking for a filter that combines light attenuation with a slight diffusion effect. With the combination of the variable ND filter and the 1/4 Black Mist effect, the effect is better than I expected. The ND works perfectly, with defined stops that make it easy to fine-tune the intensity. The 5-stop aperture range it offers is especially interesting. The diffusion effect of the Black Mist is more subtle and is only truly noticeable in backlighting. The effect achieved softens contours without losing skin detail, so it feels natural. The fit is perfect, with no issues.

Two in one functions make this a useful filter for use as an ND and soft focus effect.

It’s available in a range of diameters (9 in total) from 49mm to 82mm, and either 1/4 or 1/8 diffuser.

The ND range spans 5 f stops, which I find useful, and although many cameras & phones have this function built-in I find it useful on a Sony camera I regularly use. Likewise with the soft focus/dreamy effect it can obviously be added in to the picture with editing tools, but if the effect is required for a number of shots then it’s perhaps easier to fit an effects filter to the front lens element.

Fitting (for 49mm) is good and the rotation smooth and positive. Both effects, ND and soft focus, work well.
