The built-in microphone picks up voices clearly even from several feet away. In my lecture hall, voices came through without a scratchy edge, and there was minimal background hiss. It also handled louder sources (like projector hums or classroom A/V noise) quite well without distortion. It has a long battery life and it’s 128 gb so lots of storage. It’s very easy to use and I love it!!

This is literally so cute small and worth your money! Exactly what you’re looking for and even comes with earphones great quality btw! Easy to read manual to help use it but in general very easy to function buttons on it are pretty clear!:) overall works great!
