XU05 55mm MCUV Protection Filter Nano-Xcel Series - 28 Multi-Layer Coatings HD/Hydrophobic/Scratch Resistant/Ultra-Slim UV Filter For Camera Lens
SKU: KF01.985
I bought it for my Canon EF 24–105mm f/4L IS II USM to protect the lens, it threads on and off rather easily and I haven't even noticed it being on. If it does degrade the image, it's not enough to be readily noticed.

Shipped two days before advertised. Product is absolutely superb! Better priced than our local camera stores.

K&F only made a few versions of UV/1A filters and this one falls in the upper price range. The packaging is excellent and the glass material is very good. So far I haven't noticed any color changes. The design on the metal rim offers easy installation/removal unlike others that sometimes require a filter wrench. It might not be the best filter (price wise) but at 30eur it's well worth the money well spent protecting my glass which already costs over half a grand. I trust the products of this company and will buy them again.

Very good value for money, as a dash photographer I can't tell the difference between K&F UV filter and the one I bought on another camera and paid 4x the money.

Product as described and of a quality you would expect from K&F Concept. I have no complaints about the product, was what I expected, fits the lens well and does not impede the correct reinstallation of the lens cap. Can be a bit more expensive than other brands but I think quality is more important than cost. Overall a great product, fits well, quality is great and a good investment if you want to protect your lens face.

Filter feels great. Haven't used it often but fits well. Glass is made of high quality material.

if you just want a protective lens cover. This is a high quality product that I will recommend. It screwed into the lens very smoothly. Coating looks good.

I'm old school: I always put a UV filter on my lenses to protect the front element. If you want to know how valuable that is, just look at how far fewer lenses that have "just a little scratch" on the glass are being sold on FB Marketplace or eBay - in fact most people just would don't buy anything. All in all, it's a no brainer for the price. Being primarily a wildlife photographer, dust is more of an issue; I'd much rather dust off a cheap (similar) UV filter than possibly scratch the coatings on my expensive lens. I didn't notice it with this lens, but most UV lenses tend to add the slightest, almost insignificant, blue cast to any image. Since I would process each shot I consider them decent and "worth it" in Lightroom anyway, it's worth it.

Got some new RF lenses, needed the 43mil and here we go. Great fit, doesn't interfere with retracting the R's Ben when shutting down, nice protection at a good price.
