This product comes inside of a cardboard box; once opened, you'll find 2x NP-F970 batteries and a charger; they contain 6600 milliamps, which is enough to use most video lights for a while (mine will last about 4 hours per battery with continuous use). The product is high quality and very useful, especially if you are taking photos/videos with more than one video-lights that needs swapping.

The products are very high quality, and I like that they come with a charger, which lets you keep them up and running when taking photos.

I would recommend this product.
