High precision filter that works as expected.
This Black Diffusion (or black Promist) filter is very good. The materials, glass and metallic ring, are top-quality.
It produces the subtle diffusion it's expected to without altering the color temperature or casting any type of magenta/green color. As expected, it causes a slight intensity drop in the light, precisely 0.1 stop (one-tenth of a stop).
It comes with a hard shell protective case and costs less than half of the benchmark brand.
Highly recommended.
