For this purpose the adapter has been made and this task, transferring values to/from the camera, performs without any problems. And the price is a pleasant 50%, half of the Sony original. I don't know what the original can do better than the replica. But I can recommend the purchase at this point with a clear conscience.

Since Sony does not deliver, I now have a K & F adapter for my camera. The lenses fit perfectly, everything works. The adapter does what it is supposed to and is a lot cheaper.

Manual only. I use it with vintage lenses and an EF adapter ring. The picture quality is okay.

The lens adapter comes individually packed in an accompanying box. He makes a stable impression and can also prove this in everyday life. There is no play on the side of the bayonet. Of course not on the part of the M42 either. The lens adapter could be a bit lighter. 115g is quite a number. Conclusion: robust, without recognizable play, high quality, a bit heavy -> still deserved 5 stars

Class processing, completely made of metal and fit Sony Alpha α7 I. (Nothing has to be set in the camera, only the adapter has to click into place properly in the camera connection!)
