Bought to permanently fix to my 100-400 lens, not much else to say but pretty inexpensive and saves faffing about with just the one mount. Fits perfectly and easy to mount to both camera/lens and tripod.

Bought for my dad he loves it says it does exactly what he wanted it for and holds the camera securely.

Fits and works like the original screw adapter I have. Works well with Nikon and Panasonic cameras.
