Was skeptical because of the price but it has some weight to it , comes in a beautiful leather case and fits into their mini matte box with ease so you’re not going to beat this item, I can’t see paying upwards of 200-500$ More for filters of this SAME type sorry

Using a variable ND filter screwed on the front is easy but is not always the best. This glass in my matte box provide the ND filter look of a professional.

Never heard of this company before, so took a chance, as square filters are usually expensive, and this was in the ballpark of a decent price. The glass is well made and had no peeling. Have ran a few test shots with decent to good results, but not extensively on a long term shoot yet. For the price it works. 5 stops is plenty and a good starting point for ND filters, especially with cinema cams. I use this with a Black Magic Pocket 4K and tilta matte box.

the price seems a bit steep but I guess you get what you pay for. the unboxing and overall product quality screams high end. I expect the optical quality of the glass is on the high end and it should be for the price these are. I would recommend for the amateur filmmaker or anyone looking to take their photo/videography to the next level. make sure your kit is compatible with this box size.

Most of the Square style ND filters are so expensive, but K&F's new line are very affordable. The glass quality is just as good as those that costs a few hundred dollars. It comes with a storage pouch, which feels very high quality, and provides very good protection when storing it in the bag. I am totally loving it, and would get it again.

Less practical than a round variable filter but probably better image quality when you have time. Indeed, the installation on the Smallrig matte box is not obvious: in which direction? Risk of dropping the glass on the ground, friction of the frame on the matte box etc ... it is not the fault of K&F but that of Smallrig. Interesting price compared to some other PRO square filters.

I have not noticed any color casts or loss of sharpness in the videos. They come in very premium cases.
