52mm CPL Filter Circular Polarizer Filter with Lens Cap Optical Glass Ultra Slim 18 Multi-Layer for Camera Lens Nano-Klear Series
SKU: KF01.1311V5
Nice CPl kit. I love that it has it's own lens cap. It's always frustrated me to have to remove the filter to put a cap on to put my camera away.
Without the CPL the glare on the water prevents you from seeing beneath the surface. With the CPL the glare is cut dramatically and you can see into the water.
Just be mindful that your exposure will change and surrounding rocks may appear brighter. Adjust accordingly.

For any photo where reflected light from a surface can play a role, polarizing filtering can help to significantly improve the sharpness of a photo. This CPL from K&F offers good value for money; a brand you can trust. The images I took with the filter at a local pond definitely showed the filter doing its job. And photos taken in front of glass buildings could also be creatively influenced by the presence of the filter on the lens.

Circular polarizer is essential for my outdoor photos. It makes skies look great and calms the glare on water. It gives the wow factor to photos. This filter is quality glass and works well. Recommended.

An optical system is only as good as its weakest link. Putting a filter in front of a lens will only ever cause a small amount of degradation in image quality, but this shouldn't be noticeable provided the filter is made from high quality optical glass. I was very sceptical about the image quality this polarising filter could offer at its low price (£18.99 at time of order) considering a similar item from Canon costs around £200. Having tested it thoroughly, I have to say that even from my perspective as a retired professional photographer with over 40 years of experience, I am incredibly impressed! It looked great from the start as it came in a lovely silver foil box with a plastic storage case. The manufacturers have wisely included a high quality lens cap and cleaning cloth. There was also a wrist strap included in the pack which was a bit random but welcome nonetheless. When I examined the filter in detail, I was honestly amazed at its build quality. The metal outer ring is very slim, yet it is made in two parts, allowing the polarizing filter to rotate smoothly and freely once attached to the lens. It fits perfectly with my Canon 16-35mm f4 L-series lens. My first impressions were so unexpectedly positive that I felt I had to confirm them with an objective test. You can see the results in the attached photos. These were not created to demonstrate the polarizing effect (which I had already verified works as expected), but simply to find out what effect the filter might have on image quality. The first thing you notice about the full frame is that due to the narrow filter rings, even at the widest focal length of 16mm, there is no visibility in the corners of the image or darkness in the corners of the image. There are also two images taken in the same way as the wide angle view. I cropped them to show the level of detail in the center of the frame. One shows the result with the filter attached and the other without. I really can't see any noticeable difference between the two and will therefore feel comfortable using this filter without worrying about it significantly affecting image quality. Overall (and I must admit rather to my surprise) I can't say anything bad about this filter and am therefore very happy to give it the well-deserved full five star rating

The product comes in a nice branded box with the filter housed in an oversized plastic case. A lens cap, cleaning cloth and lanyard are also provided. It works very well and seems well made. I've paid almost the price of this in the past just for a spare lens cap, so this set seems like good value for money as expected.

This is a great filter. I already use KF Concept filters in other sizes so I was glad I got one for my larger lens. Easy to install, no problems with them.

This worked perfectly - and fitted easily onto the front of my Nikon 18-70mm lens. The lens cap that comes with it even makes it easy to attach. I couldn't tell any difference in image quality when using the filter (other than the effect of the polarizer). Really happy with it.

K&F Concept are good quality filters available at a reasonable price, always clean and clear glass. Highly recommended for your photographic needs

It screws on smoothly but I found it a little harder to unscrew. Not that unusual for new filters – especially ones like this where the lower, stationary ring carrying the threads is very narrow. Hard to get a grip on it between the camera lens and the filters outer, thicker rotating ring. If you have a filter wrench it will make that easier.
It has outer threads so you can stack filters. The outer ring rotation is a bit stiff, but then, new lens. Given the price, I doubt that the build quality is equal to some of the big-name manufacturers, but if you can’t see the difference, why pay the difference? Maybe a pro with pro equipment could identify some contrast or color balance issues, but I’m just a casual photographer.
The accompanying lens cap is unnecessary, but it’s hard to have too many spares! It’s also one of those ones you can get on and off by squeezing the little nubs in the center of the cap which makes using it with a lens hood more convenient. Spare microfiber cloths are okay by me also.
No reason so far to take away any stars from the rating.

K&F Concept 52MM Polarizing Filter Circular Polarizer CPL, Ultra Slim, Japan Optics, Multi-Coated, with Lens Cap (Nano-K Series) This product comes in a cardboard box; inside the box you will see a plastic box inside - this plastic box contains the filter itself, a lanyard, a cleaning cloth and a cover for the filter - it has a diameter of 52 millimeters; and this particular size fits my camera very well, you apply it by screwing it into the lens. At the time of review, this product costs 13.99€ - I find this price excellent, especially because it minimizes reflection and glare - this does it very well in my tests. The product feels exceptionally high quality; it screws on easily - there is a gradient so there is a bit of blue on one side as always; you can move it around while it is screwed on (which is extremely convenient). The product makes reflections and glare less visible in photos - I found this very convenient when I wanted to photograph rivers or water. I can definitely recommend this product.
