1. first make sure if an alarm event has been triggered, you can check if there is a message in the message log.
2. confirm the mobile phone settings: Make sure that the notification permission of the APP software is enabled and notification is allowed.
3. confirm the APP settings: Open the APP, click in the settings of the device and make sure that "Receive Alarm Push" is activated
