I recently got this because everything other item I’ve bought from k&f concept, like camera backpack & tripod were just professional quality and love them. This however doesn’t quite match up to their extremely well made tripods and camera packs. It doesn’t fit super snug to the body. I mean it doesn’t wobble but when your hand is on the lens it moves slightly side to side. Very slightly but still. The other big disappointment is that there isn’t any electrical contacts so no autofocus. Worse though is the Nikon lenses have mechanical apertures, or mine do at least, so I had to jam the aperture lever wide open or it would have always been on like f/22 making images extremely dark. So this is a pointless thing to do. I will just sell my Nikon lenses because they are just crappy to use on my 7D mark ll body. If there was at least camera controlled aperture then I could live with manual focus. As it is though I would not recommend doing this. The adapter is all metal at least so it won’t break easy. I’ll save it in case I come across a good Nikon lens that my camera can adjust the aperture electronically instead of jamming it open. This is only 1 product of k&f concept that isn’t 5 star. Hopefully they’ll continue to keep such high quality items at a low price because other than this adapter their stuff is fantastically good.(tripods & backpacks)
