happy with my purchase
I was looking for a microscope to share my love of science with my son. As a photographer, I know the importance of "good glass" so I decided that it would be better to buy something with superior optics now that he can grow up to enjoy and that I would enjoy using in the meantime, instead of a toy microscope that would frustrate both of us. I'm very pleased with this microscope. You can tell right away that it's built to last, all the parts are sturdy and the focusing is super sharp.

Good professional, introductory microscope
With literally tens of thousands of professional hours experience with microscopes over several decades, this microscope is an excellent for home use, students high school through grad school, medical school and beyond. Beginners will need a bit of training to enjoy the many features. Excellent training videos online these days.

Gift
I bought this scope as a gift for my husband. He loves it! He’s been trying to find things to look at. It’s not as big as professional/college level microscopes, but it functions the same, is great for the home scientist who’s looking for germs and microscopic movement! Picture quality is good once you find what you’re looking for on the slide. It takes practice, but we’ve enjoyed looking at different things with it.

Amazing microscope, totally worth the price
I just got this microscope yesterday, and it far exceeded my expectations. The controls are easy to learn, the fine focus makes a huge difference in getting perfect shots, etc. It's very sturdy, made with high quality materials, the 4K camera is extremely helpful so you can record practically every specimen you want to, and it's the perfect size for a microscope. Overall 10/10 microscope, completely worth the money.

Worth every penny!
