A nice lightweight tripod purchased after looking at YouTube videos, pleased with the purchase.

Nice but some flaws
This tripod is very nice and has some great features. It is lightweight but well built, sturdy and has some very nice features. It is compact enough for travel.
However, after having had it for only a few weeks and minimal use, there is paint peeling on the legs and on the mount to the camera. I find this disappointing.

issues shooting portraits with tripod
I really love the product and it's portability but I have come across a very annoying obstacle - basically when setting up a shoot in a portrait format it won't hold my camera and the lens keeps tilting downwards. Is there anyone I can speak to about this or any solution to fix this issue? The tripod kinda deems useless to me when I am not able to shoot in a portrait format as that's what I need to do most of the time.
