We have had this up and running for about a week now. We are really enjoying it.
My wife got this for fathers day and it was a great surprise. We got it set up in about an hour including putting a pole in our yard to attach it to and the app setup. In CO, it turns out we are having a record year for rain and it is nice to see how much we are getting at our house versus the airport (that is 25mi away.)
Pros:
Display - the display is large and easy to read from a distance. It is fairly intuitive as well.
App - its really nice to see all of the detailed weather information at our house regardless if we are home or not.
Connection to Weatherunderground - this is great. you can see all of the statistics from your weather station as well as nearby weather stations.
Plug and Play - once the batteries are installed, the unit and display are ready to go and begin working immediately. It takes 20 - 30 min to get the wifi stuff set up and connected to Weatherunderground.
Con - Mentioned in other amazon reviews, it does take a few passes through the instructions to get the Weatherunderground account set up and get the Sainlogic connected to Wifi and reporting into the Weatherunderground website. But once completed, it is all working great and we are having fun using the new information.
